Drew Gill won the Tackle Warehouse Pro Circuit Championship on Florida’s Kissimmee Chain with a three-day total of 75 pounds, 3 ounces, according to Major League Fishing’s September 20 recap.
Gill brought in 31 pounds, 13 ounces on the final day, completing a climb from sixth after the opening round and second after Day 2. The victory earned him $100,000 and another REDCREST qualification.
Levi Kohl finished second with 64-15, while Bobby Bakewell placed third with 61-12. MLF’s report credits Gill’s move to a secondary fishing area with helping produce the larger bass that decided the championship.
